- VIP once a week - (part of core is learning about self and others)

- Walking field trip to nearby fire station
- Art/Music/PE/etc.
- Friday intro an artist and do an activity modeling their art
- Creative Movement to teach life cycles
- Famous Artist each month - highlighted and an activity to accompany lesson (March is Leonardo da Vinci students will make an invention)
- Center - Dramatic Play (Homes, airport, Dr. office, restaurant, etc.)
- Special Programs (ie debate, history fair, etc.)

- Zoo Field Trip in the spring (All K is going)
- 21st Century Certification - Use technology to enhance reading groups
- Marble Jar - earn marbles when caught being considerate
- Can get “mail” from the teacher (a good note home for doing something great)
